Precautionary measures include enhanced cleaning & sanitization procedures for all services, guestrooms, and public spaces.T he safety and wellbeing of our guests & staff is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have introduced enhanced measures for guests’ safety and peace of mind. They include:

• Employees with a body temperature higher than 37° degrees are exempt from working
• All staff have been fully vaccinated
• Sanitization of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant
• Increased frequency of cleaning air filters
• Complimentary hand sanitizer provided in each room
• Implementation of a comprehensive food safety management system
• Use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes
• Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders, and menus before seating guests
• Hand washing and sanitizer use for all therapists before and after each treatment
• Fresh linen for each guest/therapy
• Sanitization of all areas within treatment rooms before each therapy
