17 years of shared moments in East Bali
For seventeen years now, we’ve watched nature’s cycles unfold at our resort. Over these many seasons, coral gardens have slowly flourished beneath the surface, trees have stretched higher toward the Bali sky, and travelers from around the world have returned time and again to this peaceful shoreline, drawn back by something they can’t quite find anywhere else.

On the 8th of June, we celebrate World Oceans Day, a reminder of the responsibility we share to care for the sea that surrounds and nourishes us. At Siddhartha, sustainability has been part of our foundation from the beginning, not as a single initiative, but as a long-term commitment to living in balance with our environment.
From eliminating single-use plastics and creating our own waste management and recycling systems, to composting organic waste and nurturing a growing vegetable garden, each effort reflects our respect for nature as the heart of our resort.
Beneath the surface, this commitment continues through the Kubu Marine Park initiative. Working closely with our team and the local community, we support the ocean through educational events, beach and village clean-ups, and the continued development of our artificial reef.
